Grupo Antolin signs a new innovation agreement with the University of Burgos
The Chairman of Grupo Antolin, Ernesto Antolin, and the President of the University of Burgos, Manuel Pérez Mateos, have signed the agreement. The goal is that recent graduates join the Corporate Innovation Department at Grupo Antolin to start their training in the business world and take part in some of the company's projects in this area.
“This close collaboration with the University of Burgos is an example of the commitment of Grupo Antolin with its city and our support to the young talent, which is key to have the best professionals”, underlined Ernesto Antolin.
For his part, the President of the University of Burgos, Manuel Pérez Mateos, noted: “The long-term relationship between the University and Grupo Antolin has given excellent results to complement the training of the university students. It has also been very important to improve the employability of the students and strengthen relations between the University and the companies, so necessary from the social point of view”.
Grupo Antolin and the University of Burgos have been collaborating since 2001, which has allowed many young people to join the company, as well as support their training and professional development.
The Chairman of Grupo Antolin and the President of the UBU were accompanied by Javier Villacampa, Corporate Innovation Director at Grupo Antolin; Javier Blanco, Human Resources Director at Grupo Antolin and Javier Fierro, head of the General Foundation of the University of Burgos.
This initiative can be framed within the Human Resources and Innovation Policy of Grupo Antolin, with a strong commitment to talent, and including several initiatives and programs related to professional development and innovation.
