Grupo Antolin has successfully completed a 7-year senior bond issue for € 400 million with an annual interest rate of 3.25%.The company plans to refinance its existing €400 million 4.75 % senior secured notes due 2021, improving its financing costs by 1.5% and extending the maturity by 3 years. With this operation Grupo Antolin confirms its financial strength.
Analysts were particularly impressed by the successful integration of Magna Interiors, as well as the strong position of Grupo Antolin regarding the future of the global automotive interiors industry.
Grupo Antolin released its 2016 results on 5 April. The Company increased consolidated sales by 50%, reaching over 5.2 billion euros. In 2016, it achieved an EBITDA of 521 million euros and an EBIT of 339 million euros, representing increases of 34% and 27%, respectively.
The transaction has been led and executed by Deutsche Bank.
