Grupo Antolin makes progress in explaining its sustainable business strategy to its stakeholders through the 2020 Integrated Report

Grupo Antolin has taken a further step forward in improving the communication of relevant issues to its stakeholders with the preparation of the 2020 Report following the criteria of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards.

As part of its ethical and sustainable model, Grupo Antolin is continuing to advance its commitment to the principles of transparency and clarity that stakeholders demand when receiving complete, reliable and balanced information about the company's activities.

In addition to reflecting the main milestones, financial figures and sustainability balance sheet, the 2020 Integrated Report explains how Antolin is creating value for its stakeholders through its business strategy and corporate policies by applying a sustainable model that covers all areas: innovation, environmental strategy, talent and diversity management, supply chain or business ethics.

The annual report sets out the company's actions to be a key player in the mobility of the future -sustainable, connected and digital-, and to contribute to sustainable development, as well as to generate a positive impact in each of its stakeholders and in all the environments in which Antolin operates.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenge for the entire automotive industry and demanded action in all aspects. Grupo Antolin’s response merits a special chapter in the Report. This response focused on ensuring both business continuity and meeting commitments with its customers, employees, suppliers, investors and society as a whole.

As a step prior to the completion of the 2020 Integrated Report, Antolin undertook a diagnosis and analysis of relevant issues and information demands by stakeholders with the aim of giving a complete picture of its activities.

Antolin's sustainable business model follows as its roadmap the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development with its 17 Objectives, as well as the United Nations Global Compact and its Ten Principles. The Report reflects and describes this commitment by highlighting, for example, seven good company practices and their related SDGs.

For the implementation of the report, Law 11/2018 on Non-Financial and Diversity Information and ISO 26000 guidelines were also taken into account.

The company will continue to work on improving the Integrated Report of its activities by delving into aspects such as materiality analysis or key environmental, social and corporate governance indicators.
