Grupo Antolin publishes its progress in sustainability and value creation to its stakeholders in the 2021 Integrated Report

Grupo Antolin has published its 2021 Integrated Report that explains how its strategy and business model create value in the short, medium and long term for all its stakeholders.

The report follows International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) guidance and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, which are the internationally accepted principles for sustainability reporting.

Grupo Antolin continues to make progress in its commitment to the principles of transparency and reliability that stakeholders demand when receiving detailed, accurate and rigorous information about the company’s activity throughout the year.

In addition to reflecting major milestones and projects, financial figures and the Sustainability Balance Sheet, the 2021 Integrated Report highlights the company’s new ESG (environmental, social and governance) objectives to create value for Planet, People and Business, as well as the actions undertaken to achieve them.

The report, available in digital PDF and an interactive version, explains how Antolin is making a positive impact on its stakeholders through its corporate strategy and policies by applying an integrated and sustainable business model that covers all areas: innovation, environmental strategy, talent and diversity management, supply chain or business ethics. It also identifies opportunities for improvement. Profitability and purpose come together to consolidate Antolin's sustainable business model.

As a prior step to the completion of the 2021 Integrated Report and based on an internal and external analysis, Antolin carried out a detailed study of the relevant issues using the concept of double materiality. As a result, the impact of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues on the value of the business is examined, as well as the impact of the business on its surroundings and the environment.

Antolin's sustainable business model follows as its roadmap the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development with its 17 Objectives, as well as the United Nations Global Compact and its Ten Principles. The report reflects and describes the company’s commitment by highlighting, among others, eight company best practices and their contribution to the related SDGs.

The Law 11/2018 on Non-Financial and Diversity Information, Global Compact guidelines and ISO 26000 guidelines has also been taken into consideration to prepare this 2021 Integrated Report.
